Adrian Stohr is an author, public speaker, trade union activist, and former Mayor of Sudbury, Suffolk. After spending a decade working as a nightclub doorman across East Anglia while enduring severe physical trauma, anxiety and depression, and obesity, Adrian underwent a life-altering mental and physical transformation. He turned his life around by running six full marathons, advocating for working-class rights, and serving his community in local government. Today, he shares his story of resilience, fatherhood, and personal accountability to inspire others to rewrite their own futures.
